Keystone Stars
York Day is a proud participant in the Pennsylvania Keystone STARS quality rating system. As a NAEYC accredited program, York Day Philadelphia Street is a STAR 4 center. Our York Tech center is proud to have moved to a STAR 2 within nine months of opening, with a goal of achieving a STAR 4 rating by the end of 2023.
Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts
York Day Philadelphia Street was awarded grant funding to provide 30 three- and four-year-old students with high-quality prekindergarten at no cost to their families through the PA Pre-K Counts program, which is designed to ensure that all children have access to a high quality prekindergarten experience, regardless of socio-economic status or other potential barriers.
United Way of York County
York Day is proud to have been a partner agency of the United Way of York County since 1946. Our ongoing partnership with the United Way includes an annual review of our financial and program data which ensures that we are meeting top-tier operating standards.
